Cross-Browser Events and Object Related Events

Almost every tag of our framework fire events related with its behavior and we may need to execute some functions in each of these moments.

Since we cannot use the browser event functionalities to fire custom events, and also because the browsers have some slight differences in how they manipulate events, we needed to create a tool that abstracts us from the cross-browser issue and provide a way to handle the DOM Events and our object related events.
